java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty

If you are using SSL certificates based on a private root trust certificate, these root certificates need to be added to the JDK being used by Bitbucket Server. Without doing this, Bitbucket Server is unable to trust the SSL certificate from SonarQube™.
