No commit activities are shown in the Activity Streams for Bitbucket Server add-on

Git hooks without the necessary executable bit could lead to the situation where Bitbucket Server is not able to broadcast the commit events, hence our add-on will not know about these. Please make sure that your git hooks in $BITBUCKET_HOME/shared/data/repositories/hooks are working and executable.
