Service proxy has been destroyed error

Problem

You experience errors in your server log with a message "service proxy has been destroyed".

Solution

This normally indicates that there was an issue while upgrading an add-on. This can happen if you use PostgreSQL because there is a known error with the Atlassian ORM mapper. You should be able to resolve this error by deactivating and reactivating the add-on in the UPM.
