Bitbucket Data Center Support

Support Bitbucket Data Center as a data source for One-to-one Analytics. In addition to the GitHub macro, a new Bitbucket DC macro is available when inserting a One-to-One macro.

The additional support of Bitbucket DC will require an app permissions update. This is required to be able to access server addresses other than http://github.com. The permissions update is required for all users, including those who do not use Bitbucket.

Addition of Reviewer Based KPIs

KPIs Comments per review and Review Time are an addition to the GitHub and new Bitbucket macros. A one-to-one should discuss both the role as a pull request author as well as a reviewer, as both are important for efficient teamwork.
