App specific data storage for Cloud version

At Mibex Software, we try to only store the bare minimum of data to accomplish our task and to provide you a pleasant user experience.

This app only persists Confluence host details (i.e., client key, host public key and host base URL) and OAuth credentials required for interoperability with Confluence and Bitbucket.


Analytics

We use Google Analytics to allow us to analyze behavior patterns that lead to product improvements. It is exclusively used in order to improve our products. It does not contain any Customer Uploaded Data. We only capture what macro is used. There is additionally individual and organizational data that Google Analytics records. We do not intend to use this data.

Backup for Cloud version

Although the data center location of our Heroku application is Europe (i.e., amazon-web-services::eu-west-1), Heroku backups of our Postgres database are stored in the U.S.
