Attachment to the same page as the Jupyter Viewer macro

Select the notebook from the Notebook Attachment dropdown.

Attachment to a different Confluence page

  1. Within the Jupyter Viewer new macro prompt, input the page that the notebook is attached to.

  2. Select the notebook from the Notebook Attachment dropdown.

This was a requested feature from users who prefer to have a single “Notebooks” page where all notebooks are centrally stored. Other Confluence pages can then remotely re-use the notebook attachments.

Before first use, a GitHub token must be saved in the Jupyter Viewer for Confluence admin configuration.

  3. Click Jupyter Viewer for Confluence from the left navbar

Once a token has been saved, the app will use the token for all GitHub requests. Users can paste GitHub URLs directly into a Confluence Page or use the macro wizard.
