How can I trigger Checklist Buddy manually, e.g. for an existing pull request?

Use the comment-command feature.

Trigger Checklist Buddy by adding a comment with text:
/checklist to the pull request, and Checklist Buddy will do it’s best to update the pull request with the corresponding tasks and comments, if it matches any filter in the PRCHECKLIST file in the destination branch of the pull request..
