Enforced the license for the app as announced in the previous release. Existing users who have not purchased a license will now be forced to purchase one in order to continue to use see their GitLab macros.
Improvement
Allow users to enter a full repo URL in the issues and merge / pull requests macros allowing the macro to work seamlessly if the URL is used instead of the project path.
