Give your authors a helping hand by using templates in your documentation space. You will need Space Administrator permissions to create templates.

To create a template:

  1. Go to "Space Tools" in the sidebar, select "Content Tools" and create a new template.
  2. Click "Page Layout" and add sections and columns to your page.
  3. Add headings and sub-headings as needed.
  4. Choose "Instructional Text" from the "Template" menu and add text that is only visible in the editor.
  5. Save your template.

Your template will become available in the Create dialog for this space.

Confluence Administrators can also make templates that are available across your whole Confluence instance.



You have two options installing One-to-One Analytics, both using the Universal Plug-in Manager:

Directly from Atlassian Marketplace:

  1. Click the admin drop-down on your Bitbucket instance and choose Add-ons.
  2. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
  3. Locate One-to-One Analytics via search.
  4. Click Install to download and install the add-on.
  5. You're done!

By file upload:

  1. Download One-to-One Analytics on the Atlassian Marketplace (Details Tab, click the download button).
  2. Click the admin drop-down on your Bitbucket instance and choose Add-ons.
  3. Click Manage Add-ons...
  4. Click the Upload add-on link at the top right side of the page. 
  5. Enter the location of the JAR file you downloaded.
  6. Click Upload.
  7. You're done!
